4. Job Posting & Applications

For Job Providers (Employers & Recruiters):

  • Job listings must be genuine, legal, and relevant to creative industries.
  • Misleading, fraudulent, or offensive job posts are prohibited.
  • You must not post jobs that involve scams, illegal activities, or misleading salary information.

For Job Seekers:

  • You agree to provide accurate details in your profile and job applications.
  • You must not use false identities, plagiarized resumes, or misleading work experience.
  • Applying for jobs on behalf of someone else is not permitted.

5. Job Listings Disclaimer

We feature both job listings sourced from third-party websites and direct job postings submitted by employers.

  • While we strive to ensure the accuracy of job listings, we do not guarantee the authenticity, availability, or legitimacy of any job. For external job listings, users are redirected to third-party websites, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or hiring processes. For internal job postings, we rely on employers to provide truthful and accurate information.
  • We strongly advise job seekers to verify job details and employer credibility before applying. Creator Hire is not liable for any issues arising from job applications, including fraud, misrepresentation, or disputes.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Post any offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
  • Engage in spam, fraud, or phishing activities.
  • Use automated bots or scraping tools to collect data from the site.
  • Discriminate based on gender, caste, religion, or any other legally protected category.

7. Payments & Transactions

  • We are not responsible for direct financial transactions between job seekers and job providers.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the conditions outlined on the Pricing Page. Clients are encouraged to review these conditions prior to making a purchase.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. Clients are responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
  • All transactions will be conducted in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified.
